08:00 a.m. Parking in the show parking lot begins

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Western Buffet Dinner and Meet and Greet. The dinner and Meet and Greet will

be held in the pool area. Please turn in your dinner tickets when asked. There will

be a pay-as-you go bar.

Registration will be open during the Meet and Greet. T-Shirts will be available for

pick-up and sale on Saturday next to the registration booth.

Saturday, October 16th

6:30 a.m. Vendor Set Up.

07:30 a.m. Car show Entrants Set Up.

10:00 a.m. Car Show Starts - Judging Begins.

Entertainment and Games throughout the day.

12:00 p.m. Raffle Drawing Starts

4:00 p.m. Grand Prize and 50/50 Drawing

7:00 p.m. Set Up For Show and Glow begins
